Located between an abandoned stone quarry and a large forest, our proposal underlines the green corridor on the side of the plot while also referring to the pre-existing buildings. The very dense and complex program is arranged on a modulated structural grid, allowing spatial reorganization and timber construction in CLT. A large degree of off-site prefabrication is sought to reduce construction times and to minimize waste.
