A 1900s town house with 40's garage addition, will be converted into a home and new studio. The project's mixed chronology parts, will be dealt separately. The original house will be upgraded to current living standards, the existing garage will be structurally reinforced, and the new roof studio will be defined by the urban volumetric constrains.
